High Road Real Estate Services is a full-service commercial brokerage, handling tenant representation, landlord representation, investment sales, asset management and other real estate services.  As an affiliate of Aries, Deitch and Endelson, Inc., High Road has established itself as the “go to broker,” able to utilize their wealth of experience and resources, including their membership in Retail Brokers Network (RBN) which has over 65 independent offices throughout 48 states, Canada and Mexico.  RBN's philosophy of "know, like and trust" enables us to work across state borders, referring business to our affiliates in other territories, uniquely positioning our company to represent tenants and landlords nationwide.

 

High Road operates exclusively in the Hudson Valley market.  We know the neighborhoods, the demographics and the communities.  We know the local landlords.  We know the local businesses.  We have such a pulse on our local market that we know what’s in the pipeline.  Other brokers who only “service” a market don’t have the same insight.

 

In addition to our local focus, High Road also has extensive experience working with national landlords and with national tenants.  We have the resources of a large, national broker, but the local mastery you would expect from a boutique operation.
